Two reasons. First, we are not just reselling phone services and call answering. We do this in-house and have for almost 10 years. Second, our goal is to keep clients. We have very little client turnover. Stable long-term clients allow us to offer services at a lower cost. We do not make as much profit monthly, but we are able to help more businesses by keeping costs down.

Yes. The Founder Mode package comes with one full email account. You can add as many distribution groups and shared mailboxes to this as you wish for free. The only time you will have to pay more is when you need an email account for a second person. Those fees go to Microsoft and Huntress for the email box and cybersecurity.

You get the full Microsoft 365 Suite Online including Microsoft SharePoint for file storage and sharing with 1TB of space, online and full downloadable versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and more, along with Microsoft Teams for chatting with your team and hosting conference calls. All of this is with your own .com email address, such as mike@mikeswebsite.com. You can install the Microsoft Office suite on up to 5 devices.

Huntress Cybersecurity covers 1 user account and email address. It also covers unlimited distribution groups and shared mailboxes. These items are configured and deployed for you – Huntress EDR, ITDR, SAT, and SIEM

This depends on whether you need another full email account with all of the Microsoft Office applications or if you just need an email-only account.  The current cost of Microsoft Business Standard is $16.  The cost of Microsoft Business Basic (email-only) is $6.  The Cybersecurity Suite cost ranges from $3.50-$15 depending on if this is a second email account for you or one for another person in your company.  If you are adding on another full email account for you, the cost will be approximately $10.  If this is for another person in your organization, the approximate cost is $29 (we cover $2 for the SAT training for this additional user).

Each additional endpoint, such as a computer or server, is $7/month.

We have been offering these services to our business clients for a while ala carte. Most of those companies have 10-50 users. It is amazing (scary) how many cybersecurity threats we have mitigated since implementing Huntress. This is the reason we added cybersecurity to Founder Mode. It doesn't matter how much or little data you have; your data is important and should be protected for your sake and the privacy of your clients. We hope this combination of a website + phone services + professional email / file management & cybersecurity will help accelerate your business forward with very little work on your end. Our goal is to keep your costs low and remove the burden of trying to figure out what tech stack to use for your business.

This is not a problem at all. We will need to discuss what you need in order to find the correct monthly price for you. Ex. if you still only need 1 single email address, that reduces the additional cost a lot. We have one client who has 3 websites and he is paying $299/month (not $597). Go ahead and sign up for out base plan and we can work through an adjustment for you for month 2.

We handle up to 50 calls per month for you. *We do not count spam calls. You might get 50-200 spam calls a month and we just hang up on those callers and do not charge you. Our receptionists answer the call and will transfer it to you if you are available. If you are not, they will take a message and email you. This helps gain and keep customers because they are able to speak with a live person vs. leaving a voicemail (many new clients will just hang up if reaching your voicemail).

Yes it is if you want it.  Shipping is covered in the USA.  Having a desk phone is optional.  We do have a way for you to answer via an app on your mobile device or your PC.

No. We make it easy for you to flip calls to your cell phone or over to our answering service. So answer calls when you are available and redirect them to us when you are busy. Our team answers calls from 7:30am CST - 7:00pm CST Monday - Friday. If you send calls to us outside that time, they will go to voicemail on our servers. You will receive an email with the call recording attached. You may also log into our portal and listen to the calls, delete them, as well as view call history.

If you have a website you like, that's just fine. We can start updating that site for you - our plan comes with one free website update a month. If you would like to save on the website hosting, we can move your website over to our servers. If you would like a new design, we can take the content from your current site and use it while building out a new design for you.

We will design a website that has up to 10 photos, 1 video (provided by you), and 5 major sections.  Each section can contain up to 1 double-spaced letter size document of information.  Custom animated graphics or videos are not included but are available as an add-on if you would like this for your business. This is your starter site.  One update to your website monthly is included.  This update can be adding 1 more section to your site, adding a few photos, changing text, etc.
